Channel Islands Charter offers sailing and boat handling instruction for students of all ages and abilities. Learn to sail aboard one of our yachts in Marina Del Rey or Oxnard (Channel Islands Harbor) or aboard yourown vessel.   New boat owner courses will provide you with the confidence to safely operate and maintain your boat or yacht. Build your confidence in a safe and friendly environment.   Group and private lessons available.
